Shopping on is a unique experience with handcrafted items. When you shop with us, your happiness is of upmost importance.



Bath and Body Products:

Midwest Love unfortunately cannot accept returns on bath and body products since they do not contain a security seal. However, if you are concerned about your product, please reach out to us via email, phone, or contact us form on this site. We want to hear from you.


All Clothing Items:
Midwest Love creates high quality stitched garments and sizing is not always equal to commercial sizing. Pay special attention to the measurements listed in each product listing. If you have a question regarding if an item would fit your child, please contact us using the information below. We will do our best to guide you through the shopping and sizing process. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the item, we will only issue a refund, if the item still retains it original tags, has not been worn and is free of any damage (including smoke damage). Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method or in-store credit. Since we are a small business, you will be required to pay shipping costs to have the item returned to us at: Midwest Love, LLC, 1475 West Oak Street #122, Zionsville, In 46077-9998

Custom Items:

Once your item has been approved, payment is required and non-refundable. We will not accept any returns on custom items.

Midwest Love will place all in stock items in the mail within 1-5 business days. Some items are made prior to shipping for the highest quality and best experience. We use Priority Mail Shipping which can take up to 3 days to receive your items. Our customers will receive an email once the item has shipped which will include tracking information. If at any time you have questions or concerns regarding your order and/or shipping, please reach out to us using the contact information at the bottom of this page. 

Please ensure we have your correct home address during checkout. If you need to update us regarding any change, please reach out immediately via phone or email. If an item has already been shipped you'll need to work with the USPS to coordinate a resolution.

All orders will pay a max of $10 Flat Rate Shipping.

Local Delivery

Midwest Love offers a local delivery as a courtesy to our Indy supporters. You must purchase a minimum of $25 to be eligible. You must live within 10 miles of 46077 (Zionsville, IN). Use coupon code: LocalIndy

Please ensure we have your correct home address during checkout. If you need to update us regarding any change, please reach out immediately via phone or email. Once we've dropped an item off at the address provided, we are no longer responsible for your product (ie. theft, damage, etc.).


Midwest Love understands how special a unique gift can be. We will include a handwritten note in your recipient's package. Please include the recipient's address for shipping or delivery purposes. Add your personalized note in the "note" section during the checkout process.
